Emily and her husband David own Fiddlehead Farm, an award-winning small farm/micro-jammery in the amazing little town of Pittsboro. They make everything with local ingredients and lots of love.

Their products include: granola made using locally milled organic grains; jams, marmalades and jellies prepared in small batches from the best local and/or organic ingredients; hot sauces derived from their own peppers along with other fine local ingredients; and a variety of finishing salts and dried pepper mixes.
